THE ENVIRONMENT

Here at Hill Demolition and Dismantling we take our responsibilities
very seriously - especially when it comes to the environment.
We realise that different projects have different impacts to consider.
The overall size of the structure, the land it's built on, the materials
it's made from and so on, all need to be taken into account.

Some materials are easily recycled, others (like asbestos) offer
additional complications and need specialist knowledge and equipment to
handle safely. But what remains true throughout, is our commitment
to sustainability and our ongoing aim to reduce the impact our work
has on the environment.

A clear example of this is at our waste transfer section. At the moment
we already recycle 85-90% of all the materials received here -
and we're commited to increasing this to 95% by the end of the year.
